Seams In Box Rondo
Box set up inside 18 about width of goal and almost to 6 yd box.
Blue starts with 4v2 rondo in the box. Every 5 passes = 1pt. If orange steals, they try to win back possession before it leaves box.
Orange players in box, try to win ball and send out to any of the four outer players. Orange then plays 6v4 to goal. Orange must have the ball enter one of the two half spaces (yellow) in box before going to goal, and all goals must be scored between posts of goal (central area).
Look for seams to play ball into box and finish. If blue wins ball back after going live, they play out to coach or pug counters.
Progression 2: Add a def mid to orange and two recovering mids to blue. All start behind marked area shown with blue cone.
