Football/Soccer Session (Beginner): La Familia Plan

Field Layout

Main field divided into 3 areas as shown (each area can be further divided in half if needed)

Activity 1: Dribbling, players on opposite cones dribble at each other, try a move in the middle and join the line directly accross from them.

Activity 2: Dribling Tag Game, every player except 3 have a ball, the players with a ball are trying to keep their ball the player without a ball are trying to tag an attacker by touching their ball. If that happens they switch roles, defender becomes attacker and vice versa. Goal to to not be tagged the whole time

Activity 3: Players in a line behind their goal, they dribble out to the other end, perform a turn then go and score in their pug, once they do this the next player goes, and so on until every player has scoreed and the team that does this first is the winning team.
