Instructions:
Defenders (in blue) must stay on line between cones. Attackers try to get past all three defenders without having the pinnie (tucked into their shorts on one hip) pulled out. If defender catches pinnie, the attacker goes back to the start. Second attacker can begin once first attacker beats the first defender, or gets caught. Swap defenders every minute.
Coaching Points:
- Recognize position of defender
- Attack space
- Speed of thought and movement
- Use of change in direction if defender closes space ahead
- Can you use your body to protect the pinnie as you change direction?

Instructions:
Players with a ball each. First player dribbles to first cone and performs a change of direction skill to take them to teh second cone where they do the same and thn take their ball to the endline. Player behind them begins as soon as they perform their first c.o.d. Once all players are across to the other side, process is repeated on the way back.
Change of Direction techniques - Stop-push, L-turn.
Coaching Points:
- small touches keep ball under control
- Quality of execution of c.o.d
- Bigger touch to come out of c.o.d.
- Eyes up after every touch

Organization:
Two teams , 1v1
Instructions:
A passes to B and becomes the defender. B can score in goal (shoot) or through gate (dribble). If a wins ball then they can score in the counter goals. Play until a goal is scored or the ball leaves play.
Coaching Points:
- Quality of pass (weight and accuracy)
- Quality of first touch (direction, weight)
- Recognize where the defender is (pressing quickly or not)
- Decision - shoot or change direction
- If changing direction, choose technique based upon level of pressure (protect ball or not)
Progressions:
- Change roles every 90 seconds. Keep score.

Coaching Points:
- Three lines of attack (Width, Depth, Length)
- Penetration as option one (Shot, pass, dribble)
- Possession as option two
- Angles of support (Can you make a triangle?)
- Distance of support (Can you make the triangle as big as possible?)
- Timing of support (as ball travels)
- Speed of thought and movement in transition
- Correct moment to apply the session topic

- Do intermittant SAQ movements around the area without the ball.
