Title: Attacking > Defending in Pairs (15 - 20 minutes)
Organization / Activity: 2 9v9 or 4 Mini Goals, 15 x 20 area, Two Teams, 4 rounds two minutes per round. Two touch max. Red team passes between each other and takes a shot unopposed, the player who takes the shot then sprints around the goal to create a transition moment, blue pair enter to create a 2v1, until her team mate rejoins the grid, if / when blue gets a shot on goal or scores then they perform the same action / transition moment while running around the grid. Team with most goals wins.
Coaching Points:
- Body position to force 1v1
- short steps when forcing player wide in attempt to delay the attack
- Shifting across to make contact, getting body between player & ball
- Getting back behind the ball, understanding space to give team mate cover while being aware of opponent

Title: Play 9v9 (25 minutes)
Notes: The lack of urgency on & off the ball has been an issue with High School players, coaching staff should be aware and encourage quick SOP during this phase.
Plan for failure: If no transition occurs, change structure or numbers of teams to create situation.
Activity / Organization: Players play 9v9 or 7v7. Adapt with numbers.
Only coaching Idea's from session:
D2 - transition A>D - recovery to defend
MO - Delaying the attack & 1v1 defending

Warm Up / Technical Relay Race
Aim: Get players physically & mentally ready for the session / working week. (15 minutes)
Organization / Activity: Players work in teams in technical relay race. Attempt to keep groups of 3/4 based on your numbers.
Round One : Players sprint with the ball in their hands, running through the square & around the cone, when they get back to the square they must bounce pass the ball in the square to the next person, when she catches the ball, the race continues, first team to get through their group twice through wins.
Round Two: Same direction / pattern. Two step overs / scissors in square, dribble around the cone & back through the square.
Round Three: Four juggles in the square with any surface area, dribble around cone, must pass through the square from the cone to advance to the next person
Round Four: Same rotation as round three but this time everything must be done with your weaker foot.
Keep Score! Everything we do must have a competitive spirit.
Notes: Start the week with a positive intensity. Remind Dash teams of incoming champions cup trip
