1) player one plays the pass across the box and then follows it across. Player two moves off the cone as if loosing a defender.

2) player 2 then plays the ball across to player 3 and then follows the pass. player 3 moves off the cone as the pass is played.

3) player 3 now plays the ball back across the box to player 4 again following the pass. player 4 again moves off the cone before reciveing the ball.

4 player 4 passes the ball across back to the start were the next player starts again.
