7 v 7 split into two groups of 4 v 4 and 3 v 3. Initially both groups are playing possession. On the coach's signal, one group of the 3 v 3 rushes into the box to make it a 7 v 4. The aim of the 7 is to win the ball and score in the big goal, the aim of the 4 is to score in the two small goals. The other three players are just resting, the 7 v 4 part of the drill should only be lasting a few minutes before a team scores or the ball goes out of play. The team that has the advantage switches every time.
The progression, instead of the pressure coming after the coach's signal, instead the 3 v 3 game has a pass limit (Start with 5, increase by a set number every time a team successfully completes the number of passes to counteract a dominant team always winning [So if the greens get to 5 passes first, the next time their target should be 7, and if they achieve that, it should jump to 9, even if the other side is still on 5]).
Rotate who's in the group of 4 and who's in the group of 3 regularly, maybe swap one player every time the session is run.

Playing out from the back, pitch is divided the same as the previous session, but players aren't restricted to that area. The attackers are playing in a 4-3-3, with the front three playing centrally, the full backs pushed on, and the attacking mids playing high, to simulate an aggressive press.
The defenders score by scoring in the two goals, which have been moved higher up the pitch, but they can also score bonus points by making multiples of 5 within the blue box. 5 passes is worth 1 point, 10 is worth 2, 15 is worth 4, 20 is worth 8, etc.
While the attackers aren't the focus, they should be encouraged to press high by the existence of the bonus points, and they should be encouraged to punish mistakes by getting bonus goals for scoring with fewer passes.
Defenders and attackers should swap after 10 minutes.

Passing Practice
7 players in green, 7 in pink.
Two balls to encourage a bit of chaos. Players have to follow their pass.
If desired, a fun element can be added, players have to stay on their cones, but if they can intercept the 'opposition's' ball, they get a point. Players should follow their pass, but they can only intercept at a cone.
