Session Organisation
Full size play area with 6 individual 100yd fitness stations has shown on plan above and a central exercise & ball skill Station. Balls; Cones; Poles; Maniquiens;Ladders;Hurdles and Goals.
Detail
Players are divided in groups of 2 or 4 on each station. All exercices are performed against opposition and competitive.All players perform each exercise 4 times 2 without and 2 with a ball, with a 30sec recovery break. On coaches whistle all players jog into Central area and perform exercises and ball skills of coaches instruction

Session Organisation
60x40 play area + 2 10x40 target free zones. Play 5v5; 6v6 + 1 floater.
Detail
High intensive session. Team in possession to score need to recieve from team player in a target zone and pass the ball into the opposite target team player, the final pass must be made inside the final 20yd zoned area. Target player receives the ball unopposed and runs the ball back into play.Player who made the pass becomes the zonal target player Floating player can only combine with team in possession and not swope positions with target zone player.

Work on Receiving skills, dealing with the ball under pressure, passing and keeping possession by using the ball effectively.
Tactical
Individual rolls and resposibilities,positive play, identifying when to run and when to retain possesion.

Session Organisation
54x45. 4 small target goals. 4 manicuins placed as goals with G/K's or target player's to play into as illistrated. .
Detail
Creative 8v8. 9v9 game encouraging players to be positive when in possession. Having 2 small goals and a central target player to score, creates more scoring opportunities for the individual and team ie switching play,crosses finishing but also be aware and react to defensive transition, 3 goals to defend.

Improve dribbling and disguise techniques, early identification of space, positive forward movement and decision making. Pass, Dribble or Run with ball etc.
Tactical
Improve attacking principles.positional awareness. movement with and without the ball. dragging opponents tight, to then run in behind but also be aware to defensive transition.

Develop Aerobic and Anaerobic capabilities of players. Game specific work.

Test the ability to work under pressure, Visual awareness to idenify and make positive decisions.

Session Organisation:

Detail:
Start with 1 ball each team playing unaposed 2 touch pass and move.
Progress to SSG to score a goal, player must pass run or dribble through pole gates and be received on other side by a teammate.
Progression:
Players on outside on one touch or can rotate with passing teammate, encourage positive forward play..
