Session Organisation
- GK with back four and two central midfielders vs 3 forwards, attacking midfielder and two holding midfielders
How to Play
- Play begins with ball played out by keeper to red team who look to score through either gate/to target
- Blue team look to press the ball (level 1) and win back in front of goal to counter
Progressions
- Change starting position
- Targets can recycle play by playing long towards the red defense
- Add in wingers for red team
- Create a game realistic scenario: Losing 1-0 in a cup final with 15 minutes to play, for example

How to Play
- Play begins with ball played out by target to red team who look to score
- Blue team look to defend deep (level 3) with bodies behind the ball, screening/blocking/intercepting and looking to counter into the shaded areas

- Change starting position
- Add in full backs for red team (or more numbers for both team if available - ideally 11v11)
- Allow blues to counter to goal
- Allow target to play and to offer depth as a #5/6
