White Team must defend using the focus points below if they win the ball they can also score but only when they cross the half way line

Focus points:

•  Identify and establish the line of pressure
• Compactness relative to the line of defense
• Defend as a team: If the ball moves, the team moves
• Establish triggers for pressing the opposition
• Recovery runs to close gaps between units
• Ball must be pressed in dangerous areas, no ball watching
• Discipline and patience in executing decisions
