Practice Organisation:
*Two squares set up one square inside the other.
*Players stand on a pole in the middle, and everyone else on the outside.
*Player A passes the ball into Player B, he sets the ball to Player C, who plays the ball out to Player D. The is a continious practice and the pattern follows.

Set Up
Pitch set up in channels.
The coach nomainates a skill.
On the whistle each player travels down their channel with the ball and performs the skill three times in before shooting.
Goalkeepers challenge is to try to ensure that all three players do not score.

Set Up
*3 Zones, players restricted to zones, 3v1/2v2+Magic Man/3v1
*Players must play the ball into next zone and work there way up and through to score.
Progressions
1. Once ball goes into next zone one player can join in the attack.
2. Players can pass or dribble into next zone.

2. MF Players start away, don't be attracted to the line.

Conditions -
All players must
1. Receive on the back foot
2. Play in 2 touch
3. Create passing lines at all times
4. Players feet must be inside the pitch at all times
5. Players must keep their bum on the line
6. The player on the ball must have two supporting players to the left and right that are level with the defender.
7. The game is started with spot and play.
8. The middle player can only receive the ball through the middle of the blue players.
Breaking of these rules result in that player becoming the defender
The game is refereed by the player in the middle, this is to develop mistake management and correct technique.
Scoring -
A goal is scored by the red players playing a successful pass through the middle of the two blue players to the middle man who switches the ball to the player on the opposite side.
