2- Shout go - Checking backwards until shout go. Stride back in, Meet a volley inbetween. 

3 - Backpedal around pole and deal with a ball. May be bouncing may be a header.

1 - Fast feet with passing both sides. 

2- Shout go - Checking backwards until shout go. Stride back in, Meet a volley or header inbetween. 

3 - Backpedal around pole and receive ball - Shout of 'turn', Rb or Left back - Dribble around pole, play back into server and restart.

Centre Half Backpedal Drill (5 mins)

Continuous backpedal and press between cones. After each backpedal the centre half will head a ball thrown up by the server on the blue cone.

Cones should be placed 5 metres from the server on the blue cone.
