Boys split into 4 groups, assign a GK to each side - They then take turns to be Attackers & Defenders. Image above shows Reds as the defenders & Blues the attackers. Each team gets 3 minutes to score as many goals as they can, Team who scores the most wins their fixture. Boys play against all 3 teams.

- Ruthlessness as an attacker and defender
- Defenders - Be aggressive but don't dive in, be prepared to block and slide.
- Attackers - Use forward moves to move the defender, attack with speed & get shots off!
