Game Related Practice (Part)
Rotational Practice.
Each of the 2 pitches has a channel marked on either side, as shown.
Attacking supporting player in each channel. These players stay locked in to their channels.
One defender on each pitch.
The rest of the players working. Once a player has attempted to score on one pitch they join the queue on the other pitch.
Players work for a set time then switch positions.
The working players, in turn, take a ball and must combine with the players in the channels and try to score in the PUGs.
If the defending player wins the ball he has to drive with the ball across the attacker's starting line.
Coaching Points:
Encourage movement from the supporting players to help the attacker.
Can the attacker play a 1-2 behind the defender to score?
Try to play at a fast pace.

SSG (Whole)
Set up a pitch as shown using 2 PUGs on each goal line, or a larger goal and goalkeeper.
Play 5v5.
Coaching Points:
Encourage combination play.
Award double goal if scored through a good build up using creative combinations.

Set up a couple of mini pitches and as players arrive split them into teams and have them play a small sided game.
Coaching Points:
Theme for the session is combination play.
Encourage 1-2s and combining to score.
