Equipment:

Sequence
1) Dribble around the poles with the ball, reach the end and pass through the gates
2) Walk to the next station so that you are recovering
3) Get to the mannequin as soon as possible
4) Jockey backwards to the cone, then accelerate beyond the mannequin to the cone behind
5) Walk to the next station so that you are recovering
6) Change direction around the poles, pick up a ball at the end of it, dribble in the box and finish in the big goal. Walk back to the start to recover
