4v4+3. 4 in possession take up space on outside in between cones (shown) and keep possession with 3 neutrals to play from one end to the opposite end WITHOUT BALL BEING TOUCHED BY DEFENDERS for a point. End targets are on 2 touch maximums. Ball MUST be played on the ground to target. Targets can play directly into each other as well. If defending team wins ball, have to maintain possession with neutrals until they assume outside positions (transitions).
Paint pictures of relationships on the field. (GK, CBs, DM, W, S etc) Trying to promote and highlite 3rd man combinations
