Yo Yo Test
This test can be performed on a 400m athletics track or a soccer fields (as shown above)
Equipment Needed: Running Shoes or Soccer Cleats & Yo Yo tape recording
Instructions:
Players line up on the Blue line and must make it across the Yellow line (20M) & back before the second beep.
They then have 10 seconds of recovery (white line) before they have to be back at the Blue line to go again.
The test starts of easy and then progessivly gets harder.
