Set Up
Circle (25 Yard Diameter). Use Cones to make a 6x6 yard square in the middle of the area.
Rules and Conditions
Players are to move through the middle square and show a quick change of direction before finding a ball server on the outside. Receive: Sole trap; Inside Wedge; Outside Wedge, Top of Foot, Challenge.
Progressions
Add defenders. If defender wins ball they swap with possession player. Players have to receive and get into the square before finding someone on the outside without a ball to pass to.

Rules and Conditions
3v3+2N. The 2 neutral players are target players. The players have to play into a a neutral for a point. The neutral player must return the ball to the team that gave the ball to them but MUST throw the ball to them. First to 5 wins.

No GK's. Play 4v4 Round Robin. When the ball goes out, must be thrown in.

Rules and Conditions
Players go through PEP routine including Motor Movement, Dynamic Stretching, Strength, plyometric and sprint (with changes of direction) phases. Focus on techniques and landing mechanics. Some resistance band exercises have been included.
