Target 1: Look to switch the ball from 1 Side to the next side
Target 2: Have composure on the ball to look for the open player
Target 3: After Switching the ball can you look to score in either goal
Condition 1: You need at least 1 player in each box
Condition 2: Neutrals are on 1 Touch
Condition 3: You can score in either goal- Big Goals worth 3 points Small Goals worth 1 point
Challenge 1: If you can get everybody on your team to receive the ball then if you score from that play you can get double points
Challenge 2: If the ball is switched 5 times within the game they get 3 points
Challenge 3: Can the neutral play to the opposite neutral
Coaching Point 1: Width and Depth creating space in the middle
Coaching Point 2: Can we switch the ball with speed to create space to have an overload in the space

The Objective is to switch the ply and score inside the Shaded Box
Target 1: Switching the ball from side to side with speed to shift the opposition
Target 2: Look to recycle the ball if the pass forward is not on
Target 3: If the wide play is not an option can we look to do a chain switch to move the ball around
Target 4: When you get into the shaded box can you play the ball to the end player
Condition 1: Both Teams are getting marked individually by the opposing position
Condition 2: The Outside players are on 1 Touch
Challenge 1: The back line 2 play with 3 touches
Challenge 2: Can you drop away from your defender as the person passing it to you has just received the ball
Challenge 3: Once the switch has occurred and there is no space in front of the player can they try a direct switch across
Challenge 4: If the neutrals receive the ball and no one is there to receive it can they hit a direct switch
Coaching Point 1: Difference between Direct and Chain Switch
Coaching Point 2: Create Width and Depth when the ball goes wide- Don't be in the same line as your team mate
Coaching Point 3: Open out with the back foot to open out the space
