To start handling the ball, make them bounce the ball all over the box, in order to identify the ground, how wet or dry it is, possible imperfections, understand how hard or soft it is. Also warm up shoulders, elbows and wrists while bouncing.
Sugestion: Bounce with only one hand (30 seconds), bounce with the other hand (30 seconds), bounce with both (30 seconds), dribble between legs /basketball (30 seconds)
After bouncing, ball handling around the waist (20 seconds to one side and 20 seconds to the other)
Split squat position, ball around the front leg (20 seconds each side)
Switch legs and repeat (20 seconds each side)
With parallel feet, do the number 8 (30 seconds each side)
Same position, keep the ball in the middle while dropping and holding, changing the side of the arms (20 seconds)

Starting in the right post, short lateral slide, pass with the right leg(Coach serving), set back to initial position and defend the volley(GK serving).
3 shots in chest height then switch keepers.
3 shots in waist height then switch keepers
3 shots frontal on the ground then switch keepers
3 shots lateral dive on the floor then switch keepers
After doing lateral dive, switch post and passing foot.
