Setup as shown (for lower level groups, you can remove the first station if it becomes too slow,)
Activity:
1st station- receive ball from coach, turn cone, dribble halfway across then pass to 2nd station
2nd station - receives on back foot, plays bounce pass for 3rd station in between obstacles and 1st time finish in either net
3rd station - plays bounce pass, then collects ball and returns to line
focus areas:
- quick movements, looking up, playing nice sharp passes.
- movement off the ball to meet bounce pass in dangerous area to shoot.
- work on shooting first time, aiming for the first goal that presents the best option.
- Communication for bounce pass.

- 2 running markers (poles,cones etc) for players to turn around.
- balls for both teams
Game:
- one team starts as the first gk. the other player will run around the pole to get to the shooting zone.
-attackers team mate passes a ball into the box for a 1st time finish.
- Defender after the shot returns to the line. Attacker becomes the GK.
- Defending team then does the same attacking play. Game continues for 1/2 minutes
1 point for each goal. team with the most goals after time wins.

- marked middle zone for neutral player
- goals in each corner
- Coach on side for quick ball reset.
Game:
- 2 defenders, 1 neutral midfielder and the rest are in possession.
- blue attempts to play passes into midfielder and back out to another player for 1 point.
- defenders looking to block passing lanes. If ball recovered, look to score in either net for 2 points.
- Play 1 min games, rotating players each time

- 2 to 3 passing zones to enforce passing into space
- goal at the end to finish on the angle.
Game:
- If you have good numbers, create 2 stations and create competitions
- Players gain 1 point for each pass through the gates, with 1 pt for a goal scored at the end.
- focus on passing into space, then also thinking quick to make run to receive next pass on the run.
- if 2 stations, make games 1 min, whichever team has the most points wins.
Things to focus on:
- movement and timing of run to meet it without stopping.
- can we work off 2 touch?
- communication on when to release ball

setup:
small field for 1v1v1v1
Game:
- 4 different teams, coach plays ball to whichever side he choses. That player attacks the team directly opposite them only.
- 1v1 occurs between them. once ball is scored or goes out, play is reset with 2 new players
Play 1to 2 min games. high tempo, encourage constant attacking play
Progression:
Create 2 v 2, constantly changing which 2 teams are on the same side. Create awareness.

possession builder game - spacing focused.
Setup:
- 2 even teams split into halves with 2 neutral defenders working for 1 min.
- 2 goals on each side of halfway
- coach to side with balls for quick restart
Activity:- 4 v 2 on each side, with only defenders moving between the 2 halves.
- Coach plays ball to one side, players look to connect a minimum of 3 passes before playing a pass across to the waiting team
- if successful, 1 point is awarded, and the receiving team then attempts the same thing.
- If defenders recover the ball, they can attempt to score on either net to gain 3 points.
- Attacking team with the most points wins, escape losing physical activity.
- If the defenders total after the min is more than both teams combined, both attacking teams lose and do physical activity.
Progression: - 2 touches- an extra point for every 5 passes before sending to next team- defenders if they score within 3 seconds. extra point.
