Organization: Players hop over then finish with an acceleration, and sprint. The turn must be slight so players can maintain speed while changing direction.
Progression: (1) Add a change of direction after the hop over. Players must change direction at speed.

Organization: Coach passes the ball to one player. Player must dribble over the half way line and turn back to score on the goal they started beside. Keep track of points for each team.
Objective: Manipulate the ball / disguise to create space to finish on goal in possession or when the ball is won.
Progression: (1) Each player starts with a ball. After scoring the next sequence starts. The play who scored becomes the defender. The line opposite of where the goal was scored starts next so the defender has to run across the field.

Organization: Pass in sequence and follow your pass. Multiple balls in ball to keep activity moving at pace. Play around (away) cones.

Organization: 3v3. Move the ball from one target to the opposite. Point scored for playing to consecutive (opposite) targets on the same team. Target passes back to their team.
Progression: Player in the gates who receives the ball dribbles into play and the passer takes their place.

Rondo (10 mins)
Organization: 3v1 rondo. Keep away from the one defender. Team in possession keep track of number of consecutive passes in one minute. Change the defender after one minute. If the defender wins the ball and dribbles out of the square they can change earlier.
Objective: Players create triangles as a the opposition, ball, and teammates move.
Regression: 2v1 rondo to encourage more movement.
