This session is designed for all ages. Coaches must have stand up cones for full effect.

Two teams of players wait on the outside of their designated are until the coach gives the go ahead to enter field.
Both teams are instructed to use their ball to knock down all of their cones.
Players should be instructed to keep ball close at all times and be aware of their next target.
The first team to knock all of their cones down wins the game. Best of 3 or 5 games will create competition between the teams.

Progression to this dribbling exercise is to add a player from the opposing team to disrupt and deny. Th eopponents job is to make it harder to knock cones down by defending the cones.

Transition from dribbling to cones to dribbling to end zone against an opponent.
Two teams are indiviually numbered and wait on their end of the field.
The coach will call out a number and play a ball onto the playing field.
The objeective is to dribble the ball into the opposition end zone.

Warm up dribbling and moves (15 mins)
The session begins by dribbling in a designated area without touching upright cones.
Players should be coached to be vigilent and aware of surroundings.
The ball should be close to the foot at all times and players heads should be on a 'pivot' looking around.
