Dynamic Stretches
1. Legs apart, bounce L, C, R (5x)
2. Calves 1, 2, 3 switch (2x each leg)
3. Knee to chest into Figure 4 with footwork in between (2x each)
4. Quad strech with footwork in between (2x each)
5. Speed skater with footwork in between (2x each)
6. Spiderman/Rollback (4x each)
7. Reverse RDL + Reverse lunge + Overhead reach (4x each)
8. Open/Close the Gate (4x each)

Objective: improve attacking play in final 3rd through different patterns in 343 Formation.
Organization: 10v1. Set up mannequins 14 yards above the 18. Put down dots vertically to represent 5 lanes of play (left lane, left center, center, right center, right lane.).
Instructions: players execute passing pattern and finish. After the finish to add transition a coach calls out the number of a defender (2,3,4,5) and the attacking players must recover to press that player.
Progressions: (1) 7/11 + 9 wall pass, (2) 7/11 dribble inside 9 shows then runs behind for slip pass, (3) 8/10 > 9 > layoff to 7/11 who come under > pass to other 7/11 behind back line.
Coaching Points: (1) Quality of passes; (2) Quality of movement - especially checking away, checking to, breaking lines, dragging defenders, (3) Vision of the field - checking shoulder, scanning field while ball is traveling, eyes up. (4) Quality of runs in the box (near, far, slot, (5) Finishing: proper choice of power, placement, re-direct.

Objective: improve attacking play 3-4-3 formation.
Organization: 11v9. Field size is full width from endline to 18 yards beyond the midline.
Instructions: Players play 11v9. On the team of 11 if you pass it back OR sideways you must sprint forward full speed. This does not apply to the GK or back 3. When you win possession of the ball you MUST go forward immediately. At all costs.
Coaching Points: (1) Be dangerous in our movement, (2) Quality of movement - especially checking away, checking to, breaking lines, dragging defenders, (3) Vision of the field - checking shoulder, scanning field while ball is traveling, eyes up, (4) Quality of runs in the box (near, far, slot); (5) Finishing: proper choice of power, placement, re-direct.

Objective: tactical training in 1-3-4-3 formation
WeP1 - (1) build up set-up offset to right side, (2) 8/10 movement.
WeP2 - (1) forward runs, (2) false 9 and playing between the lines.
WeP3 - (1) patterns to goal, (2) runs in the box.
TheyP1 - (1) force wide cut the field in half, (2) compress the space and slide
TheyP2 - (1) 2/5 dropping into the back line when it is wide, (2) 2/5 dropping into the back line when it is wide.
TheyP3 - (1) hit your spots.

Corner Kicks - (1) they defend with just 1 practice pass to P3.
Free Kicks - (1) wide free kick whip it in, (2) wide free kick attack the gap, (3) center free kick split
Throw Ins - (1) who takes them in different areas of the field and 2/5 rotation back weakside, (2) post-up plays.
