Stage 1 (No strikers) - Balls to placed in line with either post around 10 yards are so out. GK starting postion on his line. Coach stands in the middle an signals which ball to go to, this can be done with hand signals or numbers etc. GK will then close the ball down quickly, getting into a low one on one position.
