As per the technical practice players pass and control and repeat.
2 defenders are added into the middle row to try to intercept pass.
If they intercept they swap with player who last passed the ball.

Increase or decrease length of channels
Increase or decrease the middle row to allow defender more room
Increase or decrease number of defenders
