3 minute rotation of midfielders and defenders
2v2+1 and supporting bumpers
10 passes equal 1 point for red
blue must intercept ball complete one passthen dribble past the green line into space to create urgency in the transition for red to get the ball back. if blue is successful it equals 1 point.
progression red and bumpers can interchange postions to create more movement into space. only when bumper receives the ball to then dribble it into the grid or if one central player communicates for the switch ahead of time
