step-over broken down into 3 elements here: dropped shoulder, step around ball, take with outside of foot

Station 4: Size 5 ball, 4 step overs, touch out of the feet and try to hit corner of net where a bib is hanging

Station 3: Size 1 ball, dribbling through with outside of feet

Station 2: Size 4 ball, dribbling and dropping shoulder at each cone

- 2 small goals per pair, with 1 ball in front of each

- 1 defender 1 attacker

- coach blows whistle

- on the whistle attacker tries to score either one of the balls - by fainting and trying to lose defender

- swap

- 6 goes each (keep score), losers have to help pack up
