Ball Wars (20 mins)
organisation of session
Opposing teams attack the center circle and retrieve balls
Return as many balls as possible to your teams goal
Coaching Points
Good ball control and keep the ball close to your body
Pass the ball to goal and hit your target
Progression
Introduce a bonus ball at the end and play 1 vs 1 to establish a winning team

Get Out of Here (20 mins)
organisation of session
Make a small field with 2 goals (20y by 10y)
Coach serves the balls and players line up next to the coach
Coaching Points
Once ball is served, players run on the field in pairs and play 2v2
When a goal is scored or the ball goes out of play, coach shouts "Get Out of Here"
The pairs on the field run off and a new pair comes on
