Instructions:
- 35 x 35 pitch, 6 mini goals (4v4 + 2 neutral full backs/black)
- Neutral players can only move inside marked area (channels), the rest can move freely
- Players can only score on outside goals after receiving from neutral player (no restrictions for center goal).
- Neutral players can only score after an overlap run/play (2 points)
- Neutrals restart from the sides, central players restart from the end line (middle)

Technical Warm-up (20 mins)
Instructions:
- 30x30 area/square
- A passes to B and sprints to opposite corner
- B passes to C and sprints to opposite corner (and so on...)
- Play 2 touches only
- Switch direction after a few minutes (receive with other foot)
Progression:
- Player A follows his pass and makes a 1/2 combination play with B (overlap around the cone).
- Player B will do the same with C, and so on...
Coaching Points
- Quality of first touch (back foot), ball rolls into the direction you want
- Quality of pass: accuracy/pace/playable
- Movement before pass to receive away from cone
