Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Continue as warm up, but on the whistle/shout player in possession in each group must play a pass to the other group, with the balls on the ground, passing through the central channel.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
If a cone is struct, the passer must run and touch that cone and return to their zone.
If ball lost out of zone, all players in that zone to run around the cones in the channel and return.

Technical As before for attackers. Defenders, side to side movement and checking over shoulders. |

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Drop to one ball.
3 players are bibbed and work in the central zone to intercept switch of play passes.
90 second reps, then change defenders.
Progress to one defender pressing the ball and can tackle, whilst 2 remain in the centre channel.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Could use max number of passes, or a time restriction before having to switch play, but we don't want players to force bad passes, so need to be careful with using this.
