super heros tell them that we are off to fight crime and have to go save our friend(superheros)

frezze tag get 2/3 children to volunteer as the frezze monsters and the other kids to have soccer balls at their feet and dribble around the area.
Once a child has been tagged they pick-up their soccer ball and hold it above their head. The kid who has been tagged will then shout 'help, i'm frozen
To rescue the kid who has been tagged, another child must kick (pass) the ball between the players legs to free him.

one is a 4 person pass and move the other is a 4v1 rondo
the peson who loses the ball in the 4v1 becomes the defender in the pass and move square and becomes the 4v1 rondo the other square becomes the pass and move square

On the ‘go’ signal, the first player in each line runs down to the tic-tac-toe grid and places their pinnie on a cone. The first player then runs back and tags the next player in line who runs down to put their pinnie in play. The objective is for one team to get three pinnies in a row. Once a team has all four pinnies in play, the players who run down must move one of their teams pinnies that is already on the grid to a new location. The game goes on until one of the teams wins.
