Breaking lines. 

Players will look to maintain possession and attempt to play through or around the opposition. 
If the defending team win the ball they can score in either goal. 

The ball must be moved around the area and wait for an opening to play through the gates to transfer to the other team. 

The team that loses possession will become the new defending team. 


Progression:- 

Defending team can release more defenders to try and win the ball back 
Defending team can block ball side gate
