This fast paced activity features a player in the middle of the grid receiving balls served from two outside players. The central player upon receipt of the ball may choose to shot on either goalkeeper, he may look to shoot on one and then reverse direction to shoot on the other, or interplay with one or both of the servicing players; all of which forces each of the goalkeepers to stay ready. If a save is made, the goalkeeper rolls the saved ball to either of the servicing players who immediately put it back into play. A goal or out of bounds play results in a new ball quickly being served in (Servicing players alternate said service.). An added variation would be to add a passive defender on the shooter which now adds another layer of realism to the situation yet still allowing for the necessary repitition needed for the goalkeepers. After a designated period of time, the shooters rotate in and out.

This activity is essentially a 4 v 4 with 2 end "bumper" players. Team in possession must play to one of the bumper players who primarily look to serve a ball into the "hot spot" just outside the goalmouth for an oncoming attacking player to finish. Bumper players are allowed the latitude to pass elsewhere if indeed the noted hot spot is not a viable option to pass. Ultimately, the pass from the bumper player into the hot spot best serves the activity. Goals scored, missed shots, or shots saved by the 'keeper result in that 'keeper putting the ball right back into play with hand distribution. Out of bounds result in throw ins and if indeed a corner kick scenario occurs; the bumper player on that side would take the service. Play in 5 minute segments roating teams in and out.

The final stage of the session features a true soccer game with all match related rules applying. Teams are configurated in a 1-2-1-2-1 which features 3 players in a more immediate attacking configuration and potentially even 4 with just 2 defenders. Players are encouraged to be attack minded so as to heighten the potential opportunities for shots on goal and rebounds.

Warm Up Stage: Coach GK
The warm up follows this sequence with approximately 2-3 minutes per stage:
1. Goalkeepers jogging about freely within the penalty area.
2. Jogging about interspersed with general and goalkeeper specific dynamic stretching movements.
3. Goalkeepers skipping about with ball in hand bouncing it firmly.
4. Goalkeepers after 3 firm bounces, roll the ball between their legs, turn, and scoop the ball back up.
5. After 3 firm bounces, the ball is tossed up with for the goalkeeper to leap and secure the ball.
6. After 3 firm bounces, the ball is rolled between their legs, turn, scoop it up and then immediately toss the ball in the air.
7. (Diagramed) Now with the coach. Goalkeeper sprints to make save in front of cones (5-6 feet in width). Once completed, the next 'keeper takes his / her turn. Shots taken by coach are within the framework of the two cones.
8. The next round of repititions features the coach striking shots just outside the cones.
9. The final round features shots randomly taken within and just outside the cone framework.
An added variation features the next goalkeeper waiting his / her turn expected to make any save that the first goalkeeper misses.
