15x15m outer grid with a smaller 5x5m grid inside.
6 players on the outside of the grid, 6 inside. Players on the outside will start with the ball.
Players on the inside to run to a player on the outside to recieve a pass. They must control it and pass back to the same player before looking to find a different player on the ouside. When finding a new player on the outside, the inside players must run through the shaded area in the middle of the grid first.
Players will swap positions to experience both aspects of the contrl drill.
Progressions:
Players on the outside are able to pick the ball up and throw it to the inside players so they can use other surfaces to control the ball. I.e Chest, Knee or head
Players to take one or two touches before returning the pass
Regressions:
Players only to use their feet to control the pass
Multiple touches can be used

The 5x5m shaded area to be removed
Teams will have 4 players inside of the grid and 2 players outside of the grid.
The object of the skill is to Receive and control the the pass from a team mate on the outside and get it to the other team mate on the outside, who'll need to control the ball to score a point. Players are able to dribble or pass within the grid, but players on the outside must control the pass to score a point.
Players to rotate to have a rest and experience all different positions during thee drill
Progressions:
Players on the outside who control the pass on the chest or other surface apart from the foot will recieve an extra point
Players allowed limited touches of the ball within the grid
Players on the outside can pick the ball up and throw it to a team mate to practice their control on other surfaces
Regressions:
No tackling within the grid
No limit on touches

Free play for the first minute.
First Progression would be for each team to nominate a player to go into the hatched zone. They are the only person to be allowed int that area apart from the keeper. No defenders allowed. The idea would be to get the ball to him, he must control the pass in the tight area before shooting.
Players to get an extra point for controlling the ball in the scoring area n their chest
Players to control at least 4 passes before getting the ball to the striker.
Positions to be rotated so everyone experiences being the striker.
Defender can be nominated to go into the shaded area
