Four square setup with center mannequin

Players on each corner of the square. You can have players with a ball each to speed up movement or play with just four balls and finish with a pass.

Double 1v1

Players on opposite ends begin at same time and perform 1v1 move around center mannequin. The next players begin when the previous players get past the mannequin. Exercise is meant to be fast paced.

Four Square - Servers

A double Square setup with a center square. Place 4 serving players in the center square.

ACTIVITY: 4 balls - Plyrs in middle start with ball and stay in the middle. Rotate middle players every 2mins. Players on the outside are working. After each turn, plyrs run to back of next line. Rotate movement going around right & left along with focusing on technique using right & left foot.

•Two-Touch pass: Take good 1st touch & pass back to middle plyr. Work on receiving & passing with different parts of foot.

•1st touch to side: plyr takes aggressive 1st touch out to side as to beat defender and then pass back in to middle player.

•One-Touch Pass: 1 touch pass back to plyr in middle.

-For both of these you can designate different combinations for parts of the foot to receive & pass with and also encourage plyrs to use feint before receiving and taking 1st touch out to side.

•3 passes: Plyr holds receiving pass, passes back to middle plyr, then follows pass to receive 2nd pass, passes back to middle plyr and continues run into middle around middle player and then to back of next line.

•Chip – Plyrs receive a pass but work on technique to chip pass back into middle players hands.

•Give&Go to next middle player – player receives, passes back, receives same ball into run toward next cone, then passes to next middle player.

AERIAL CONTROL : (Volleys)

•Two-Touch : Plyrs receive toss and work on controlling to ground with first touch & then pass back.

•1st touch to side: Plyrs receive toss and work on controlling & taking first touch out to side.

•One-Touch : Players receive ball in air but must pass in back on the ground first time.

•Half-Volley: Plyrs receives toss and volley back but volley back as the ball bounces off the ground.

•One Touch Volleys : Inside of foot & laces. Right & Left foot.

•Headers: Players head the ball back first time.

•Double Header: Plyrs control with head and then pass back with head.

•Header Volley: Plyrs control with head and then volley back with foot.

•Volley Header: Plyrs takes first touch with foot, controlling up to head then pass back with header.

•Two Touch Volley: Foot to head

•Three Touch Volley:
