Activity begins with both A and B running and looping around the pole in the middle between the two cones.
Once A comes around the pole, he should begin calling for the ball. The coach will then play a ball into A's feet. A will collect, turn, and distribute the ball out wide to B making a run into the space around the edge of the right side of the box.
B will cross the ball directly back into A who continues his run to be available for the cross. A should finish with a header or a 1 touch finish if the ball is crossed on the ground.
Progression: Run drill from the opposite side. Players must cross with left foot.
Add a defender to prevent cross.

Line 4 makes a cross into the box to one of the players. The two players look to finish for a goal. Line 1 is not involved when the play goes to the right side.
Once those players have gone, the activity continues but from the other side. 3 will pass out to 1 and the two players from the middle crash the near and far post. 1 will combine with player or coach at the corner of the box just like on the other side. This time, line 4 is not involved.

After 1 combines with 2 again, the player makes a big C run to the back post. And after, 2 plays the ball out wide to 3, it will make a streaking run to the near post.
When 3 receives the ball, it will dribble the cones in front as quickly as possible and then push the ball forward into space and then play a cross into the runners.
