Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): Shuffle to Control

Description

-Players work in groups of four,with two players active at a time, the other two standing on the outside of thecone gate, with a ball at their feet each.
-Active players play a 1-2 with theservers, before shuffling across, swapping over, and playing a 1-2 with theother server. They repeat as quickly as possible for 1 minute at a time.
-Active players complete thefollowing technical exercises with the servers;
- One touch set pass back
- Inside of the foot volley
- Laces volley
- Control on thigh & return
- Control on chest & return
