• Organization: Players are each given a box (country) outside the center circle to stand in (ready position).

• Instructions: When coach says go, players use little/small touches to approach the circle (Ocean). After player reaches the center of the circle while dribbling with small touches, the player must then change direction and exit the cirle using a bigger touch to enter their new box (country) on the outside. Players must go through the circle to a new box (country) each time. Each time a player makes it to a new country he recieves one passport stamp (point).

• Coaching Points/Questions: What part of the foot can you use to dribble when you are changing direction, is it the same part of the foot you use while doing an outside cut back? Are you going to move faster or slower while coming out of the circle? How many boxes do you think you can get in a minute?

• Regressions/Progressions: Give a certain amount of boxes they have to move into for a certain amount of time.

• Add a defender in the circle. Gates in the circle (ocean) can be added as airports for connecting flights. Everytime a player goes through a gate gets an extra point before going to his country (extra passport stamp).
