Instructions:
Everyone starts with 3 points. If you lose the ball you go in the middle and lose a point. (Initial defenders don't lose a point.) You can win the point back if you split the two defenders.

Organization:
25x25 area. Use big cones to make a 4x4 yd box in the center. 5v5+1.
Instructions:
No one is allowed inside the middle box. Teams have two ways to score a point: 1. Complete a pass through the box WITHOUT touching the cones. 2. Complete 5 consecutive passes with your teammates.
Coaching Points:
Movement off the ball
Width/Depth - When in possession open up to use all the space
Compactness - When defending, get compact

Instructions:
Teams can attack whichever goal has their color. Coach should change colors frequently during the game so the players are always looking around.

Organization:
Pairs with a ball. 5 yds apart.
Instructions:
1. Toss and trap. Toss should be made using a throw-in, enforce proper technique. Toss 5 times then switch. Point for each successful trap on the ground, max score 10. Higher scores move up the ladder, lower scores move down.
2. Toss and volley. Toss should be underhand. Receiver uses whatever surface is available to volley back, if partner catches the ball you get a point. 5 tosses then switch, max score 10.
