Set up
Captain and vice captain lead the static stretching phase of the warm up from the centre of the circle.
Ensure all the muscle groups are stretched prior to the game.

Set up
Split up into groups of 4 working within 7x7 squares.
3v1 in the squares with the 3 trying to keep possession by playing down the sides of the squares. If the defender wins the ball then they switch places with the player that lost possession.

Set up
Possession transition game to link in with the game and building towards a target.
Equal teams in the centre with 2 target players at either end, aim of the game is to work the ball to your target man at the end, if successful then the ball starts with the other team from their end.

Follow direction of the arrows and over the central cones work on different movement patterns, ie quick steps, high knees, heel flicks etc.
On the return back to the start alternate between sprints, sidesteps, backwards sprints, jockeying, cross over of legs.
