Wall passes into space
Working in partners we will be working on wall passing back and forward
Player A will start out with the ball, he will then play the ball into space (not to far)
When he makes the pass, Player B will run onto the space to the ball and play the ball back into space so that Player A can run into the ball and play it back.
Have the players make as many passes as possible in the space
Once they get to the end, have them switch sides so that they can work with both feet.

Wall pass onto a shot

Player A will have the ball, he will dribble at speed onto the goal.
As he does that Player C will sprint out to put pressure on the dribbler, as both of those players are in motion Player B will run from an angle and support Player A and ask for the ball to his feet and play a one touch pass into space so that Player A can move around the defender and score.
Player A will go to Player B spot, Player B will go to Player C spot and Player C will go to Player A spot

Warm Up - Dribbling and passing at speed
Make the ball doesn't stop moving, everything is at speed. Make sure players do not stop the ball whenever they get around the cone. BALL NEVER STOPS MOVING
As soon as they make that pass they will then sprint to the back of the line
Players will dribble around the cone at speed, whenever they get around they will pass the ball to the next person in line. The person who is waiting will attack the ball and take a first touch towards the cone
