Organization:
-6 to8 players
-balls & cones
Instructions:
Play starts with A passing to C, who passes back into A's run. Now player A passes to B, who lays off for C's run. C then takes shot on net.
Rotation: A to B; B to C, C pick-ups ball after shot and goes to the opposite line.
Coaching Points:
-accuracy/weight/timing of pass
-body position (pass to feet or in right space)
-precision shot
-communication/demand for ball

-use of full gym space/training area
-3 teams of 4-5 players depending on players available
-pinnies, cones & balls
Instructions:
One teams is attacking and the other is defending. Team on the outside of the grid is the Support Team. The attacking team can use the supporting team (who only get 2-3 touches before passing back to attacking team) to increase possession opportunities. Possession changes if you loss the ball or it goes out of bounds. Change supporting team every 5 minutes.
Progression:
Introduce nets (targets) in the corner. Team can score by dribbling through and keeping possession.

Instructions:
Players must pay close attention to the details and follow their passes forward to the next cone.
Competition starts with 1 ball, and afterwards introduce a 2nd ball. Sequence of passing is illustrated on diagram.
