3v2 to goal.
Play begins with the red who plays the first defender. The blue defender then chooses who to pass to, as soon as this pass is played the game is live. The attacking team have a 3v1 and are looking to progress into the next zone to make it a 3v2. There is no pass restriction to get into the zone, just as soon as you are ready. Defenders/GK's rotate when the ball is done.

3v2 End Goal
Play begins out wide with a pass back into the CM. As soon as this happens both defenders run around their cone and look to get compact into the middle. The two attacking wingers look to run around their cone and then make positive movement to support an attack. Meanwhile the CM and ST shall complete a one two, when the ball is back to the CM they can choose who to play. 4v2. If the defenders win it they counter to the small goals.

1v1, 2v2, 2v2.
Player A plays a big pass into the first red and plays a 1v1 situation, both teams looking to score in their appropriate goal. As soon as the ball is dead all players stay on the field, Player B makes a 2v1 situation. As soon as that ball is dead Player C make a 2v2 situation. After the third ball is finished red players swap sides and blue players swap sides. 1 point per goal, play for 5 minutes then swap the roles of the Reds and Blues. Field dimension 25x25 adjust as needed for team.
Coaching Points
- Show me how you can you get close to the person on the ball.
- How can you adjust your body to guide the player in the direction you want the play to go to.
- Be aggressive to get as close as you can to the opponent without being beat easily.
