Instructions
Designate a player as the tagger
The player attempts to tag an opponent
If a player is tagged they stand in a "T"
To be unfrozen another player has to run under their arms
Add a ball for non-taggers
The taggers attempts to touch a players ball
If a player is tagged their pick their ball up and spread their legs
To be unfrozen another player has to dribble their ball through their legs

The players are split into two groups each player is given a number
The coach calls out a number and plays a ball into the middle
Those players play a 1v1 game against each other

The group is split into two teams
1 ball per two players are scattered on the field
Players are attempting to score a goal on the opposing teams net
If a player does not have a ball they attempt to take it from a player on the other team

Which team can score x goals first
