THREE TEAMS POSSESSION GAME ( POSSESSION & TRANSITION GAME )
RULES:
- Split group for 3 even teams and set them in 3 boxes
- RED team starts with the ball and try to make 6-8 passes in 6v2 scenario YELLOWS are defenders
- After successful passes, REDS pass long to BLUES and they try to make 6-8 passes against another 2 YELLOWS
- If YELLOW win a ball restart game on the opposite end
- Encourage players to make good movements off the ball, good passes and rotate roles after 4 mins
PROGRESSIONS & VARIATIONS :
- If YELLOWS win a ball they switch roles with REDS and 2 REDS have to sprint to BLUES where game is restarted
- Play 6v3 in boxes
