Game 1 - 'Overload/Underload......' 7 x 3mins games (scores reset after each game)
Use narrow pitch to start - GK feed
Goalscorer must take ball from near goal and score in mini goal creating 'overload'.
Score - shot on target = 1pt
goal = 2 pts
deflected goal = 5 pts
GK save = 1 pt
GK clear outside D = 2 pts
Change It - use wide channels (double scores?)
pass to zone 'Y' then score = 10pts
Questions - How do you use overload? (and defend it?)
How do the wide channels affect the attack/defence?
Why do we encourage Zones 'Y'

Game 2 - 'Goals Galore' 7 x 3 min games (scores reset after each game)
4 teams, only two teams in play at any time. 'Shot clock' 30 secs. Give a 10 sec countdown. If no shot then turnover. If utilising GKs then larger pitch?
Single whistle = Yellow team subs all players. Double whistle = Blue team subs all players
Triple whistle = Both teams sub
Goal = 1pt
Change It - shorten shot clock, increase pitch size.
Introduce Overload/Underload
'FREEZE FRAME'
GKs can talk/outfield players can't.
Questions - How frantic is this game? How does this affect your approach to goal scoring?
