Objectives:

2. To be able to create opportunities on goal using penetration.

Set Up:
Set up a square (15x15 yards) in between 2 goals with goal keepers.
Rules and Conditions:
Each player on each team is given a number. The players dribble around the area and when their number is called, break out of the box to score against their rival Gk.
Progressions:
Add a defender (when 1 is called, 2 defends).
2v1's and 3v1's. First number called is the defender.

Set Up:
Use penalty area.
Rules and Conditions:
players work through 5 different shooting scenarios. Can you score the perfect 5.

Set Up:
Split area into 3 zones (ratio of 15:20:15) with a goal at each end with Gk's.
Rules and Conditions:
Players play 4v4+2N. Team must make 3 passes before they can play into the final third for a runner. When in the final third, go 1vGk to try and score. When ball goes dead, coach wil play into a player in best space and body position.
Progressions:
Add a attacker and defender 2v1+Gk.
Play 3v2+Gk in final third.

Width and Depth.
