in the same 40x40 grid, now a cone is placed in centre and 4 placed on the outside. 3 players on each cone. players to run out using drag and move techniques with the ball, using both feet, on reaching the centre players should do a turn, inside hooks, outside hooks, cruyff turn, and drag back. each time they take their turn they should attempt different moves, sinlge step over, double step over, ronaldo chop etc.

again 3 players on each cone, this dribbling skillshould be set up with cones in a scattered fashion to promote realism in the drill. players to dribble through cones using drag and move skills, avoid players in the centre and then leave the ball on the opposite side.
progression cones can be removed and one ball removed from each coloured team. player with remaining ball will pass across the grid and follow and become a defender, recieving player to attack at speed and beat the defender, whilst avoidng the players running across the pitch, this provides realism.

ssg 6v6 +2 keepers, pitch to be made shorter to promote dribbling. game should be allowed to be as open as possible as a progression, players could be told to dribble and take some on before making a pass, last 5 minutes will be free play
