Set Up:
20x20 Grid w/ 5 by 5 grid in the middle (Scaled to age and level of players) Cones, Balls
Time:
10 mins (work for 1 minute then rest 30-60 seconds)
Organization:
1/2 of the players on the outside with soccer balls and the other half start in the middle box with out a ball. On the go command players have to find someone with a ball on the outside. They will receive and play the ball back in a pre-determined way, after receiving the ball and playing back they will sprint back to the middle box before finding a different person on the outside. Players go for 1 minute then switch with the outside players.

Ball Control (Soft Touch, Bring the ball in like an egg toss)
