Game Training
Session objective - Can we have controlled possession by successfully switching the point of play when the opponent has shifted and denied us the opportunity to advance forward in the middle third
Exercise Duration - 20 minutes
Exercise Description - 9v9
Team Task - Can we successfully switch the play from one fullback to the other using our #3 and #4 by giving us depth (when? opponent has denied us the opportunity to advance forward)

Exercise Description - 3 Grids 30x25 , Grid A = 2v2+2 Grid B = 2v2+2 Grid C = 2v2+2
Exercise Principle - Creating numerical superiority through positioning (making the field as big as possible - using as much of the space as possible)
